OpSource Inc. provides both the operational infrastructure and application services that enable software vendors to provide software-as-a-service solutions and web applications on demand.  In February 2008, OpSource Inc. acquired LeCayla in an all share transaction. LeCayla was founded in 2004, and provides a software metering and billing solution that provides an innovative way for independent software vendors to offer software applications in a software-as-a-service environment by enabling the vendor to bill for the service based on customer usage.
